1 - General Questions

Everyman Gift Cards and eGift Cards work just like an ordinary gift card, with a balance that you can redeem online at everymancinema.com, in any of our cinemas or over the phone. You can purchase a physical Everyman Gift Card at our venues or an Everyman eGift Card, that is delivered by email.

You can purchase a physical Everyman Gift Card at our venues or online. Everyman eGift Card can be purchased online and sent by email here. For eGift cards, you can choose your design, message and amount between £20 and £500. You can also have the option of preferred delivery date up to 3 months in advance. Gift card and eGift orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.

For an Everyman physical Gift Card you are required to remove scratch off panel on the reverse of the gift card, and for digital eGift cards need the card number and pin on your email to be able to redeem online and instore. A gift card or eGift can be redeemed as part-payment for goods purchased. Any balance left on the gift card or eGift can be used for a future purchase until that card expires.

2 - Ordering an Everyman Gift Card

You can purchase up to 5 Gift Cards and/or eGifts in the same basket.

The minimum amount you can add to one gift card is £20 and the maximum is £500.

 

3 - Everyman Gift Card Delivery

eGifts are emailed immediately and should be in your inbox within the hour, unless you have chosen a specified date in the future. Physical gift cards are posted via courier. Delivery cut offs will apply during peak periods, information will be available on the site when purchasing.

If you choose 'Express Delivery' for a physical gift card, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Please note if the order is placed after noon (12) on Friday, it is expected to be delivered by Tuesday.

Certain email address domains can cause eGifts to soft bounce upon receipt due to spam filtering. If you suspect this is the case, we recommend you check your spam filter/settings. If this is unsuccessful, we advise that you contact our Everyman Gift Card Customer Services team immediately using our Contact Us Form and quote your name and order number (if available).

 

4 - Using an Everyman Gift Card

Gift cards should be used as a payment method on food, drink and film tickets.

You can purchase tickets, food and drinks in our participating Everyman Cinemas with your gift cards and eGifts. Please note Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift cards. This card does not give the bearer the right to any preferential treatment over other customers. If you are unsure, please speak to a member of staff in store, or submit your query through the Contact Us Form.

Yes, when you use your Everyman Gift card and eGift the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Cash change will not be given. You can check your balance here. Please note, your gift card must still be in date to check the balance.

No, the balance will remain on your Everyman Gift card or eGift for 12 months from the original purchase of the Gift Card. Please note, the balance on your Everyman Gift card or eGift Card will expire after 12 months.

Yes, the Everyman Gift Card and eGift Card is treated as a payment method so can be used alongside other tenders. Online, we will accept Everyman Gift Cards, eGift Cards and card payments in one transaction.

You can redeem up to 5 Everyman Gift Cards or eGift Cards in one transaction in our participating cinemas and online.

 

5 - Managing an Everyman Gift Card

Simply click here. You will need your Everyman Gift Card or eGift Card number and PIN to hand. For physical Gift Cards this can be found on the back of the card. For eGift Cards, you can find it in the email.

No. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of an Everyman Gift card or eGift Card. We cannot exchange your Gift Card or eGift Card for cash.
